Plugins proposed for removal

This is a list of plugins that could be removed from the trunk (they would be kept by svn anyway).

Rationale: very old, not used anymore, not maintained, probably broken
(sam would probably not like that)

Interfaces

  qt
  kde
  gtk2/gnome2
  gtk/gnome (check that it does not break any distros ?)
Rationale: old, broken, unmaintained

Other
----
  joystick : linux only, quite useless
  slp : broken
  satellite: replaced by dvb  - has been removed now

Misc
----
  sdl should be fixed
  netsync should be fixed
  snapshot and image video outputs should probably be merged
  marq and time could perhaps be merged
